Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

Move easier. Feel looser. Without doing the work alone.

Tight hips, a stiff back, shoulders that don’t reach like they used to. A lot of that comes from fascia, the connective tissue that wraps every muscle and joint in your body. When it gets stuck, everything feels heavier and harder to move.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a hands-on, assisted stretching method done on a table. You lie down and relax while I move you through gentle, flowing stretches that target the joint capsule and the fascia around it, not just the muscle.

It’s not the kind of stretching where someone pushes you until it hurts. It should feel good.

What a session looks like.

You stay fully clothed and lie on a padded table. We start by decompressing the hips and gently tractioning the legs to create space in the joints. From there, I take you through a sequence of stretches for your hips, legs, back and shoulders, using light breathing and contract-relax techniques to get more range without forcing it.

Most people get off the table feeling taller, lighter and looser.
